Outlook Appointments ?

When you create an appointment and select All Day Event
then save it it is (1 day), If I create the same
appointment, give it 2 days and select All Day Event
it is correct when I save it.

But if I open that appointment and UnCheck the all day
event box it will automaticaly add a third day on the
calendar.

Is this correct why when I remove the check box from an
appointment which spanned over 2 days as All Day Event
it suddenly adds 1 more day to the calendar?

Does Outlook do this because it uses 24hrs as an all day
event and if you turn All Day event off it just adds
24hrs more ?

Thanks
Xavier

Yes I have daylight savings selected but it makes no
difference, I have also had appoinments roll forward 2 or
3 hours and if it weren't for the users idea to include
in the appointment subject the time they would not have
noticed it and missed it.
