I am using outlook 2000, while I start outlook I am
getting the below message. Please send me the solution
urgently.

The instruction at "0x77c4371c" referenced memory
at "0x8004010f". The Memory could not be "read".

Does Outlook start in safe mode? (Start | Run | outlook.exe /safe | ok
button) The reason that I ask is that this message could mean a corrupted
addin or registry key/value. If it is the later (registry key), it will
require a new mail profile and the steps do vary since outlook can be
configured in Internet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup mode.
