Outlook Connector - Can't Sync any e-mail!

Hi,

I have just installed the latest version of outlook connector (12.1) to use
with my Windows live account on Outlook 2003. on a computer running Windows
Vista Home Premium.

I have the following error when trying to receive e-mail from my Yahoo
account as well as the hotmail account.

Task 'Yahoo -Sending' Reported error (0x8004010F): The operation Failed. An
object could not be found
Task 'Yahoo -Receiving Reported error (0x8004010F): The operation Failed. An
object could not be found
Task 'myname @ hotmail -Sending' Reported error (0x8004010F): The operation
Failed. An object could not be found

I have tried to uninstall the outlook connector software, then reinstall.
Remove all the PST files and create new ones as well as trying to run
without the outlook connector software installed!

Spent many, many hours searching for a solution to this problem but so far
have not been able to resolve the problem :-( can any one help?

how are you connecting to yahoo? (it doesn't work with the connector)
did you try detect and repair? (office diagnostics in outlook 2007)
