Outlook and weblinks

When I click on a weblink within an email it is asking me
to "Locate Link Browser" and is searching for an "exe"
file. Somewhere along the line Internet Explorer has
gotten removed as the default startup for Internet with
email. How can I fix this problem?

Put the path to IE into the box. It's usually C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\Iexplorer.exe
