Outlook and Verizon ISP

For about 2 months I have been having problems sending E-Mail with
attachments. Some but not all receipents are replying that the attachments
are not getting to them. I am using Office 2003 pro, xp pro & vreizon DSL on
a home computer..

What size are the attachments? What limits does Verizon place on
attachements? Do your recipients not see the attachments at all or do they
see another file named winmail.dat? If you send to several of your
recipients and copy yourself, do YOU receive the attachment?

And last, for the really big question, what version of Outlook are you
using?
