Outlook 2003 Verizon sending to Comcast

I use Outlook 2003 for my email. I recently switched from Comcast to Verizon
as my ISP. I can not send an email to a comcast.net customer from Outlook.
Interestingly, all other emails go through (aol. gmail. etc...)

I have gone onto the Verizon server directly and successfully sent emails to
comcast.net customers.

Seems to be a setting in Outlook that is preventing. Any ideas anyone??

did you change your smtp servers in outlook to use verizon?

Yes. I set up Outlook as specified by Verizon. All other emails send
without issue. Only Comcast does not send.
