Outlook and proxies

My school computers are running all inernet requests
through a proxy
server running on w98 at 192.168.0.1 (although the IP
probably makes no
difference to you) I was able to configure IE to run
through the proxy
at port 80 with the HTTP and FTP protocols, but how do I
run the POP3
and SMTP protocols of Outlook through the proxy?

I believe ports 110 and 25 are the default ports for POP
and SMTP protocols respectively.
