Outlook and Outlook Express

I use Outlook all the time but recently noticed that
messages sent from other places like ebay are sent and
relpied to in Outlook express. How do I disable
express? I found message that came in February that I'd
never seen.

This couldn't have happened if you or someone or something hadn't set up a
mail account in OE. Remove it from OE, and make sure Outlook is your default
mail client (control panel | internet options | programs).
