Outlook and Outlook Express

I have Office Outlook, but when I click on a hyperlink to respond to someone,
or trying to send an email at a website, it defaults to Outlook Express.

I can't find where to set it up so it will always use Office Outlook and not
Outlook Express.

Any ideas will be appreciated.
 
Dear Bill H, Control Panel / Internet Options / Programs (tab) you
should be able to set "Microsoft Office Outlook" there for Email:

The while-you-were-out message program you have been looking for!
 
You might want to verify which one is your default mail program. Sounds
like you have OE selected.
