Outlook and newsgroups

I use Outlook 2007 for most of my work, but use Outlook Express for
newsgroups (simply because I have done so forever!)
Is there a way of getting OL2007 to work with newsgroups?

Outlook has no newsreader capability, if you added news to outlook it
actually starts the OE Newsreader

Only with an add-in like http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/nntp/

There are third-party add-ins that can do it like Newslook or Newshound
(I use Newshound myself).

You can try a third-party add-on as I did, but then you get hundreds or
thousands of messages in Outlook.
I returned to Outlook Express and now I've installed Windows Live Mail
which has more possibilities than OE as a newsreader.
I use the switch wlmail.exe /outnews /news and then WLM opens as
outlook-newsreader in news-only mode.

I use Agent from Forte for my newsgroup reading. Wasn't very keen on OE and that was some time ago.
