Outlook and Forms.

Application - Outlook 2003
O.S. - Windows XP, SP2

I created a template that I now wish to add to a toolbar, as a shortcut, so
that it is easily accessible for users. For the life of me, I can not figure
out how to get a shortcut created that users can click on and it brings up
that template. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
