Outlook all CAPS

My client told me that all his emails are ALL CAPS since earlier today.
Apparrently it is happening for serveral users after forwarding email around
to each other. I am assuming and email form or format caused the problem.
Any ideas how to fix it? Is there something to do with using Word as email
editor? They are all Office SB 2003.
 
Is it happening on old messages they reply to or only on new text they add
to a message?
