CAPS in all emails sent and microsoft work. Can not chenge?

All my outgoing emails are in caps. Now in microsoft word i can not change to
lower case at all either. Any Help?
 
Sounds like a stuck SHIFT key to me.
Turn your keyboard upside down and give it a gentle tap on your desk.
You might need to cleanup your desk afterwards ;-)
 
Already tried a new keyboard. If i go in my outllok calendar or publisher it
is not all caps. It is just happening in my outgoing emails and word
documents.

Do you use Word as your email editor? Sounds like there's a style been put
on your normal.dot file....
 
Check your formatting under mail format to see if you are using all caps as
the default font.
