All my emails in outlook 03 are in capital letters. i can go in and change
each email but it seems to be set to defalt to caps. How can i change this?

Outlook shouldn't be changing the case of incoming email. Not to doubt you
but are you sure that the mail isn't being sent in all caps?

It is the out going emails that are in all caps. It is not happening on the
outlook calender or anywhere else. Even when i start a new email, my
signature is coming up as all caps.

I'm going to guess that you're not typing in all caps. Do the items appear
in all caps in the Sent Items folder? Also, what format of mail are you
using? Plain Text or HTML?
