Outlook advance rules

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know if there is an option to make a rule that will have the
"AND" operator.

Meaning, i would like to do a rule that will move messages to folders based
on words located in the body, Only if the body contains "Word 1" AND "Word 2"
then it will move it to a folder of my choice.
I only see an option doing "Word 1" OR " Word 2" which is not sufficiant for
my needs.

Anyone knows if this feature is available somewhere?
if not, someone knows of a 3rd party application that does that?

rules won't do it - I don’t know if any of the rules wizard addins will do
it - there aren't many.
