In address Book <I want my global address book to be displayed first and then
my contacts ,How do i do that ?

click the address book icon in the main toolbar. Then, Tools | Options.
There's a setting to set which order it looks up.

You can change the order of listed address lists by going to;
Tools-> Address Book... and in Address Book choose Tools-> Options...
