Outlook address/contact list

how can update my contact list so it is current with my address list? The
contact list is outdated and I don't know how to fix it. I need to print it.
 
SInce Outlook's address list (at least your personal part of it) is your
Contacts folder -- they are one and the same -- I'm at loss to understand
just what you're asking.
