Outlook address book

In trying to add a contact list to outlook address book a
user normally would rt click the contacts icon go to
properties then to outlook address book. There is a
selection in here that will accept a check mark to add the
contacts to the outlok address book. I have one machine
where this selection is grayed out so I cannot add the
contacts to address book.
Any suggestions....

Add the Outlook Address Book Service to the profile. If you don't know how
to do that, post your Outlook version.
