Outlook address book entry properties

Good Morning. In outlook 2003 when I click on a name and get the user
properties window it has a space for assistant but the information is blank.
If I open the same use's properties in OL 2000 I can see his assistant's
name filled in. Can this be fixed? Why would it show "Assistant:" but no
info. I could not find the place to add "Assistant" in ADUC.

Thanks you so much

Post is too vague. You did not mention where this "name" is nor what
information store you are using. In general one would never use an address
book interface for viewing or editing Contact information. That should only
be done within the Contact record in the Contact Folder.

Good Morning Russ, sorry about that. We are on Exchange 2003 with OL200 and
2003 clients. This question is not about contacts or editing contacts but
instead about what is visible when I go to the GAL address book. When I open
the address book, type a users name then click on a users name it brings up
their info. On the general tab it shows First name, last name, isplay name,
Alias, Address, title, Company, City, department, State, office, zip code,
"Assistant", Country, phone. On the phone/Notes tab it has business, business
2, fax, and "Assistant" (phone)

With the OL 2000 client I can see both the Assistant info (general tab -
name) phone/notes tab (phone) but not when I use the address book in OL 2003.
The space is there (I see "Assistant" on both tabs but the info is not there.
So its not an issue of Exchange because I see the entry but I do not see the
info in OL2003. I looked in ADUC to see where that info is located but I
cannot find where that is.

I hope this clarifies it a bit and thank you for your time. Ricci

It does, but your question is an Exchange question, not an Outlook question.
Please try an Exchange group.
