Outlook adding a extra "!" in message body

I am generating email from Visual Fox Pro using Outlook 2003, but when
the emails are recieved sometimes it adds an extra "!" followed by an
extra line break in the message body 2 or 3 times. It happens sometimes
only. Can anyone tell what could be the problem?

It is probably your FoxPro code. Outlook does not do this natively. Best to ask in a foxpro group to see what is happening.
