I have 2 independant clients who are both experiencing the same problem today.
when they go to the sent items to view the contents of an email they have just sent, the body of the email contains a garbled message full of chinese characters. - The recipient also recieves the garbled message but when typing the original email it types in english as they would expect.
They are both using outlook 2003 with pop3 accounts configured. both PC's are running XP Pro SP3.
is this a known issue within outlook 2003?
