Outlook Addin Maps Live.

I have just added Maps Live to my Outlook 2007 program, now my Outlook 2007
will not load anymore unless I disable Maps Live! any ideas?
 
If I do not disable the maps addin Outlook2007 crashes and shuts down, If I
disable Maps addin Outlook2007 will load ok, I then enable the maps addin and
everything is ok and it works well. The next time I try to load Outlook I
need to disable maps addin again.
