Hi,

I had Live map addin installed in Outlook 2007, and suddently it refuses to
work, I re-enabled it in the help menu, but now it is asking me to debug it,
which I know nothing about, when I tried to d/l it again from the office web
site, I switch to a search page and I can not find it

I need that little add-in where can I find it

It has been removed because certain issues were encountered with it which
currently cannot be fixed. The current advise is to remove it completely.

I tried what the the website was telling me but the system can find @live
Search Maps Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook@ anywhere so I can not
un-install it
any other idea ?

Thanks that just did the trick, I did not knew that it could be done that
way

Now is there something similar to that plug-in that will do the same thing,
that is getting me the approximate time to travel to a meeting so that I
could manage thing easier, that was one thing that that plug-in was very
good for also it was able to pinpoint me the location of the adress where
the meeting is

Using the website ? Which website, I do not know of any website that do this
with Outlook

THe link that you gave me below, is this a program (plug-in) that will do
the same as Live Map ?

It doesn't integrate with Outlook but it does give you the same data as that
is what the Live Map Add-in uses.

The addin I referred to is now released. It does not offer all the exact
same features as the Live Map Addin but it has some unique ones as well.
Especially the added options to the Contact form could be useful.

The Add-in will not install in Vista, because it requires .NET 1.1, which is
not compatible with Vista, I tried many time to install the add-in, I even
went to the d/l site on the Microsoft to d/l all the requisite for the
add-in (the add-in points you there during the install process)

I fully realize that Mappoint is the best solution to mapping, but I’m
wondering if the link you mentioned for “mulitmap†is the next best choice
since Live Maps and Bing Maps add-ins are no longer operational. Or does
Microsoft have another option that I have not discovered?

Thanks,
chuck
