After upgrading to SP3 for Office, I now get the
following message when trying to access my e-mail
addresses stored in Outlook. "A program is trying to
access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do
you want to alow this"? Please, how do I clear this pesky
screen permanently. Thanks,Flintstone

options under security should be "warn if other programs
try to send email as me".and then scan for a virus.

The same thing has just happened to me and I haven't been able to get rid of it. I have scanned my computer with Norton Antivirus and McAfee Antivirus and neither found a virus on my computer. I hope that MS will come to our aide on this one

Run your virus scanner and spyware checker, the warning is
that you may be infected.

Actually he may not be infected. I get the same message, but that is
because I use Outlook and have Word as my editor.
