Hi there!

I have an issue with a user calendar, when he receives an appointment it
automatically goes to the calendar as "tentatively", the user has not vene
open the appointment mail. Double checked that the check mark is not set on
"Automatically accept appointments...". No existing rules

Using Outlook 03, anuy idea in wher to review using mfcapi?
Txs in advance

This is normal.

Got that, when you do open the appointment it's normal to view it on
calendar, but the issue here is that the user has not even open it, and
Direct booking is turned off, is this normal too?

Fernando

Yes, it's normal for any meeting or appointment request sitting in your
Inbox to show on your calendar as "Tentative" even if you haven't opened it
yet.

I have a similar problem. I want the appointments to be automatically
processed. I have checked this box in calendar options but it still does not
work. Meeting invites are put as tentative on the calendar but will not
process to be accepted, even after waiting a bit. There are no rules
conflicting. Why isn't this working and how can I correct it. Of course it
has to be the Exec Dir who want it.
