Outlook 98 frustration with outllib.dll error

I have tried most everything so far and had no luck. I can open Outlook for
a second or two and then it errors out.

I need to back up my Outlook information, but it won't stay open long enough
to back up.

If anyone has any suggestions for the fix or to back up Outlook info without
being in Outlook, I would appreciate. I've been working on this all day
without a fix.
