Outlook 2000 outllib.dll error

Hello,
What I can do: Open Outlook, Read email in preview pane, Save email as txt
file.

What I cannot do: Reply/Forward/doubleclick to open individual emails.

Specific error: Outlook has caused an error in outllib.dll Outlook will now
close. If this happens repeatedly, try restarting your computer.

What I have tried: Repair from original CDs

Thanks for the quick response! I had seen that header in Knowledge Base but
didn't look at it because I didn't have the "invalid page fault" portion.

The 2nd item worked - renaming the outcmd.dat file.
