Outlook 2K3 Closes when mouse movement

Weird one here...

Just gave a user a new machine (3.2 GHz w/1GB RAM) with Office 2K3 fully
updated and when he goes to create a new message in Outlook 2K3, he can type
away without a problem, but as soon as he moves he mouse to click "Send" the
message closes without a draft being saved.

I've already disabled the NAV plug in so I know it's not that.

Any ideas?

OK, more info. This user is typing a message in Spanish. Doesn't matter if
he's using International or US settings on the language bar. After he hit's
a "." and any other character (spacebar included) it closes the message.
Same thing with hitting the "." and then moving the mouse.

This is bizarre...

Any help is appreciated...
