Outlook 2007

Installed Outlook several months ago. worked fine and today cannot send or
receive.
Ran dionostics, re-booted and just for good measure ran repair from Control
panel on Office. Running Office 2007 professional with Vista OS and all
upgrades are current.
sure would appreciate any help.

So what happens when you try to send and receive? Any error messages?
