"Not Implemented in Outlook"

I converted from a trial of Office 2007 today. I had Office 2003 on prior
but removed the program today. Now with the upgrade I am getting an "not
implemented" error in Outlook. I have repaired the Office 2007 program and
rebooted, ran office diagnostics and repaired with no look. I reviewed past
posts and one mentioned changing the mail profile using the mail option in
control panel. I am using Vista and cannot locate this option. Can anyone
tell me what I can do to correct this issue? Should I uninstall Office 2007
or not? I downloaded Office 2007 and do not have disks. How do I re-install
if I use this option? Thanks...

I have checked over that article already and I did what it instructed. I
still do not have a mail icon even in the classic view. Therefore, still
can't seem to find out how to change my user profile.

Just wanted to let you know. I solved the issue after 3 hours of trying to
everything I could come up. Not sure what happened but after the 3rd attempt
at repairing Office and rebooting it finally worked. Now my Outlook is up
and running and when I check the control panel the mail icon was visible.
Not sure what connect there is but when I was receiving the "not implement"
error it wasn't visibile now that it is working it is??? Just something to
make note of in case someone else has this issue.
