Outlook 2007

Saving Lady

I have Office 2007 and therefore Outlook 2007. I have duplicate contact
folders in Outlook and need to delete one simply named Contacts. I can't
figure out how to delete it. I also have a Contact in Personal Folder which
is the one I want to keep. Can someone help me?

Perhaps, if you had provided some information. Try making a post that
includes some. Outlook does not create two Contact folders. You did. Tell us
how. Outlook permits you to delete any folder that is not your default. Tel
us why you can't.

I believe this is what he means to say. We have a Global Contact list and a
Personal Contact list. The owner of the business does not want employees to
be able to save to the personal contact list that is saved on the C drive.
Instead he wants employees to save to the Global contact list located on the
exchange server. I have added the Global contact list and made it the
default. Is there a way that we delete the Personal Contact list so that
employees are forced to save to the Global Contact list

Then you have a question for your Exchange administrator.
