Outlook 2007

Hello All

I received the following message when trying to preview attactements in
office 2007
any help?


"this file cannot be previewed because of an error with the following
previewer

Microsoft Office Outlook message and item previewer

To open this file in its own program, double click-it"
 
I'm getting the same message. It only happens so far when people forward me
an email as an attachment.

Any answers out there?
