Outlook 2007

When I sent a email with an attachment it sends alright but doesn't clear. It
just keeps sending and sending. One person received same message 37 times.

1) Disable any scanning of email, especially outgoing email, by your
antivirus scanner.
2) Lengthen the server timeout value on the Advanced page of your account
properties.
3) Increate your send/receive interval.
