Outlook 2007 won't load

I've been running Outlook 2007 flawlessly for a few months but something
happened today - when I try to open Outlook the software loads only
momentarily and then shuts down.

There is no error message.

I tried the Repair feature via the Control Panel but that did not help.

Any suggestions as to what's causing Outlook to crash?
