Outlook 2007 windows suddenly close automatically

Recently Outlook has been closing windows when I minimize them or
accidentally click on them in the task bar when the are open. This never
happened before and I cannot find anywhere to change this option if it is an
option - it does not happen in Word or excel

Right-click on the Outlook tray icon and uncheck the option "Hide When
Minimized".

Thank you
Some emails when I reply to them do not automatically include my signatures
- others do - how can I make it uniform?

Select Tools | Options | Mail Format | Signatures.
In the "Choose default signature" section select each account in the "E-mail
account" field and ensure you have proper signatures selected in the "New
messages" and "Replies/forwards" fields.
