I am working on my in-laws computer which has VISTA operating system.
Outlook will open under my father-in-laws username but when I go to my
mother-in-law's username Outlook will not open. I get the circle like it is
trying to open but nothing happens! I went and checked for reports and
solutions and it has showed that the problem has been reported and a solution
has been sent. Yet there is no solution found. I have tried every little
trick that I know and can find no solution on my own. Somebody please help
me fix this!!
