outlook 2007 weekly calendar help please

I imported my calendar from an older laptop that had Windows 98 into my new
netbook. When I print the weekly view all of the appointments are contained
in box similar to a comment box in Excel. This clutters the calendar. How can
I get the appointments to simply show as line items, the way they looked in
the older version. BTW, I am using a netbook with Windows XP Home Ed. version
2002 Service Pack 3 and Office Professional 2007.

If it’s the view I think you are describing. you'll need to either use the
calendar printing assistant or a word template or other utility. See
