I know there is a way to delete mistyped or old address from the auto fill
when you begin a new email... I just can't remember how...???
 
I think I know what you are referring to. I have had this problem before.
Typically what I have done is when the mistyped email address come up in the
autofill, I usually go back and delete it, and that usually does the
trick....I hope that works for you.
 
Use your arrow key to highlight the mistyped entry and then hit the delete
button.
 
Yes, actually, after I sent the question, I did a search for autofill... I
know I should have searched first... anway, this is what I found and it
worked! Thanks for your answer! Have a lovely holiday!
