outlook 2007 unable to click links in email

when I try to click a link in an email, I get an error message that is a
restricted action. How do I fix this?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
