outlook 2007 tasks

outlook is lockup, seems to be the tasks , running loading , looks like
entering entering new blank tasks. I have run diagnostics, rebooted, just
locked up. ideas or help much appreciated?
 
Can you use proper sentences to clarify your configuration and issue?
