Outlook 2007 - duplicated tasks

A couple of days ago Outlook 2007 started automatically duplicating task.
When creating a new task a duplicate is created. Changing or deleting the
task affects both. Any ideas what may have happened. Is this a result of the
Outlook SP2 update. If so, how do I roll this back?

Sounds like you have modified your view. More specifically that you have set
it to a certain grouping method and the task fall within both groups.
Change to or reset your "Simple List" view to verify.
