Outlook 2007 SP2 Program Exit Error

I just installed Outlook SP2 MSO (12.0.6425.1000), now when i close Outlook I
get this error message "Microsfot Office Outlook has stopped working' a
problem casused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the
program and notify you if a solution is available". It checks and no fix is
available. I ran Office Diagnostics and nothing identifed, I am running under
Vista-SP2. This problem started occuring 2 days before i installed Vista-SP2.

Start Outlook using the safe switch
Start
Run
Outlook.exe /Safe (note space between exe /)
Does outlook now run and close correctly?
If so one of your outlook addins is causing the problem.
You might also want to locate scanpst.exe, the repair tool (a hidden file)
and run it against your outlook data files

Thanks DL, your correct. I did the Safe Mode with no issues. I only have the
standard Addins from Microsoft so i will have to eliminate them one at a time
to figure out which one caused the problem when Outlook-SP2 was installed.

If you installed an Anti Virus app, using its default installation, then it
has likely intergrated with Outlook, your first port of call would be to
uninstall the AV, reboot then retest outlook
