Outlook 2007 Send To -> Mail Recipient not working.

I'm running Outlook 2007 and now when I right-click a file from my desktop
and select Send To -> Mail Recipient it does not work.

Does anyone have a fix to this problem?

Thanks.

If you still haven't gotten it to work you can do this.

go to ./Documents and Settings/user profile/SendTo <----(hidden
directory)
1. then create a new shortcut :
-for location type this ---> "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" -c IPM.Note /m "%1 **Or where ever your
Outlook.exe is located**
-name it test or temp (whatever you want)
2. Now try to send something by right clicking it and instead of
saying "mail recipient" use "whatever you named your shortcut"
3. If that works for you, you can delete your "mail recipient"
shortcut and rename the temp one you created to "Mail Recipient"

Hope it works for you

Hi,

I appreciate the tip. I have managed to get the Send To to work with a
modified command line switch as follows. I am running Office 2007

"c:\program files\microsoft office\office12\outlook.exe" /a

This definitely helps, however, I am still stuck with none of the other
installed programs being able to send email from inside the program (such as
Adobe Acrobat).
