Outlook 2007 Send / Receive

I have a mailbox that does not do an automatic send/receive when you open
Outlook 2007. I have checked what seems to be everything. I have deleted
the old profile and entered a new one and it still does not work unless you
press the send/receive. Any suggestions

well what makes you think that was the problem?

Any suggestions

Tools-send/receive-send/Receive settings-define send/Receive Groups.
check that the "Include this group in send/Receive" is checked, also that
there is a time set for mail checking.
then highlight the group in the pane above, click on Edit. Click on the
offending account in the L/H pane, and ensure that the "Include the selected
account in this group" is checked. Click on OK and close. That should fix
it.
