Outlook 2007 crashes on send and receive all

I have a problem with Outlook 2007 shutting down/crashing during a send &
receive on all accounts. I can do an individual send and receive on each
account and everything is ok?

There are 5 email accounts and 1 shared calendar in the group send and
receive.

So far I have;
1. Used Scanpst.exe and repaired errors in the .pst, but that didn't solve
the issue
2. Repaired the profile using OLfix, still no joy
2. Created a new mail profile, error still happening
3. Created a new user, problem still with us.

The error report that follows each crash is different each time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Virus software is up to date and full
scans performed.

Thanks in advance.

I have been having the problems with outlook crashing when I try and open my
in box or any other folder which utilizes the connector. The connector that
was bundled with my outlook is the Sun Java System connector for microsoft
outlook. When you go to Sun's website there are several discussions in
forums about this same problem and they created and posted a patch to fix it.
The problem is, I cannot seem to be able to install the patch. Is this
connector bundled with Outlook? If so, does microsoft have a patch or easy
update?

It looks like an add-in has overwritten your outlook.exe.manifest file. It
is located in the Office folder of Program Files where outlook.exe is
located as well. Rename it to .old and start Outlook. First time you'll see
an installer trying to fix the file. If that doesn't work, do a repair on
Office.

Older COM add-ins written in VB6 are known to write a manifest file there
upon installation. If you were to open the .manifest file in Note pad and
you see a reference to "Microsoft.VC80.CRT", this is indeed the case.

You should keep your discussion of a particular problem in a single thread.
