outlook 2007 send/receive problem

Last week, I downloaded and installed updates via windows update. Since then
I have been having problems with sending and receiving emails. I need to
restart my computer every time I want to send or receive email. I can't even
send or receive manually without restarting the computer. Does anyone have
any suggestions? It would be nice not to need to restart every time I need
to send or receive an email.

So uninstall the updates one by one until you find the culprit....
