I am running both WIndows Vista Enterprise and Office 2007 Enterprise.
E-Mail is set up as usual and does work, but when I receive mail it takes an
unusually long time. An e-mail that is only 300KB seems to take forever, if
I receive it at all. Pop mail set up and no error messages. Seems to send
fine. Any suggestions?

Have you installed the Outlook Performance Update yet?
