Outlook 2007 security notice - Unsafe locations for Hyperlinks

I have a similar problem but it is based on Outlook templates that I have
created and saved under a customized toolbar. When I click on a template in
the toolbar, I get the warning message that the location may be unsafe. The
templates are located in my C:\Documents and settings\User Name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Templates. Is there a way to stop this warning? I
have to access these templates multiple times during the work day.

Don't open them through the windows explorer - go through the templates
dialog. You can add the Choose form command the toolbar so its faster to
access.

I am actually doing the same thing for my company. I need to have a
confidential message appear in the subject line of every email so I
made a template and added it to the menu bar. The message is popping
up every time even though it is on the local drive. Does anyone have a
workaround to get rid of this message? I have access to the exchange
server but I do not understand what the Default Template folder is on
the exchange server? please explain any solution.
