Hello guys and girls

In outlook I have imported about 100 RSS feeds and now I have under the RSS
Feeds folder a subfolder for each RSS feed and I have to manually navigate
through each feed to view the unread posts. Is it possible to configure
Outlook it in such a way that when I click on the "RSS Feeds" that I
automatically get a list of all the unread blogposts from all the
subfolders? Also when I choose Mark All as Read on the RSS Feeds folder the
posts are not all marked as read, instead I have to do this for every feed
manually. I have tried chaning the folder in Account Settings for all the
feeds to the RSS Feeds folder instead but that doesn't seem to have any
effect.

Cheers

Have you tried using the Unread Items folder in Outlook? It should show all
unread message in any folder in your default PST file.

Or create a new search folder that searches only the RSS hierarchy.

Hello Vince

Apparently what I figured out is that when I manually add new feeds instead
of importing them using a OPML file it works. I have added for example the
RSS feed for blogs.msdn.com and these unread posts can be seen when I click
on the RSS Feeds folder and disable the homepage for that folder. So maybe
it has to do with the opml file.

I have the impression that this feature is not 100% bug free because when
adding new feeds you can change the location folder but when selecting "RSS
Feeds" the textbox still reads "RSS Feeds/MSDN Blogs" but the actual folder
being used is "RSS Feeds".

I guess I am going to have to manually readd all my feeds instead of
importing one OPML file.
