outlook 2007 reading pane response slow

I have a problemt that when i click some mail that have attachement inside. the reading pane preview response slow. i've already search the internet, it seems related to symantec AV. my SAV version is 10.1.7.7000, after removed the symantec AV add in at outlook, the reponse back to normal, is there any fix or update to fix this problem?

Uninstall SAV and reinstall it without the mail scanner. You will be no less
safe.
